Reeds in the detectors can be easily replaced by the plant personnel. See the information provided in the installation manual. Reeds are a normal wear item and are not covered by the warranty. To obtain replacements, please email or call the sales number in your country. Other problems can be discussed or described by email with the personnel named in the “Contact Us – USA” section of this website. Failed equipment can be shipped to and repaired at the Dayton address given in the “Contact Us – USA” section. Many problems can be isolated by purchasing and using the Lear Simulator described in the “Products” section of the website. This device usually pays for itself the first time it is used.
